What is the age range of events?

All ages over 21 are welcome; however, most guests are in their 30s, 40s and 50s.

Do I have to pay to attend?

You can purchase a ticket to attend an event or become a member. Entry is included in the 12 monthly yearly membership. The fee is £59.

Can I pay on arrival?

No, All tickets must be paid for in advance, so we know the total number of attendees. In addition, venues always ask for the guest list in advance. Therefore, we will not accept payment at the door.

What is the dress code for events?

Smart/casual, shoes, dark jeans/smart work attire is acceptable. No sportswear or trainers.

What do I need to bring with me?

The venue requires a photo ID as they will need to scan your ID upon entry. Some venues will carry out a bag search as well.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, membership and tickets are non-refundable.

What if I paid for a ticket but can no longer attend an event?

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can transfer you to another event. Email

How can I cancel my membership?

Email with your 30-day notice, where your 12 monthly membership will be terminated or paused.

Can I bring a friend with me?

Yes, you are welcome to bring a friend with you to our events. However, they must pay for a ticket in advance to be added to the guest list. Without a paid ticket, there will be no entry.

I’m attending alone, will I feel uncomfortable?

Not at all, a number of guests attend alone. An event host will meet and greet you upon arrival to make you feel relaxed and welcome. The event hosts will introduce you to other members and encourage you to mingle if you wish to do so. Be sure to check in with an event host when you arrive.

What time should I arrive at events?

We advise as close to the start time as possible so that the event host can introduce you to the other guests.
